Our team members have all been trained with one goal in mind: to bring patients the best care possible while making each visit an enjoyable one. Serena, Office Manager
Serena attended Arizona College for her education and is a trained dental assistant in addition to her front office expertise. Today, she’s been working in dentistry for over five years now. She feels proud to work alongside such talented professionals who push her to take on new challenges and whom she can learn from.
Serena and her significant other have one wild boy at home who recently reached his first birthday. Outside of work, she enjoys taking day trips out in the woods and to the lake, camping, playing ball, and spending lots of quality time with loved ones. She’s also watched every episode of Grey’s Anatomy five times!
Joanna, Lead Dental Assistant
Joanna has been working in dentistry for over a decade now, and she truly loves helping people with their smiles! After attending South Mountain Community College, she studied dental assisting at the Pima Medical Institute. She is also certified in X-rays and has advanced Invisalign training.
Originally from here in Winslow, Joanna is the proud mom of two boys. Her personal hobbies include playing softball, reading, and working out. She’s always willing to go above and beyond for others!
Amber, Dental Assistant
Amber attended the Phoenix Dental Assistant School for her education. Today, what she enjoys most about being one of our assistants is knowing that she’s helping people while also building relationships with them! Working as a team to get things done always leaves her feeling good about herself by the end of the day. She sees challenges in one’s life are a way of achieving understanding and personal growth.
Amber has one daughter in high school who is everything to her. When she has free time away from the dental office, she enjoys working out, playing softball with her daughter, cooking/baking, and snuggling with her cats.
Arianna, Dental Assistant
Arianna is a highly trained dental assistant and one of Winslow, Arizona's very own! She attended Winslow High School and upon graduation, attended Carrington College, where she became a licensed nursing assistant before becoming a dental assistant! You can trust you're in caring hands when Arianna takes care of you. Arianna's favorite part of working at Dental Innovations is seeing all of our lovely patients.
When she's not in the office Arianna loves spending time with her family and being outdoors either hunting, fishing, or going camping. She is also a very talented makeup artist and enjoys going all out for Halloween each year!
Kelsey, Dental Hygienist
Kelsey has been in the dental field practicing as a hygienist for over nine years and has worked alongside Dr. Peterson for more than six years! She attended high school here in Arizona and went to Northern Arizona University. In addition to her Dental Hygienist certifications, Kelsey has a Local Anesthesia Certification and an Expanded Functions Certification.
Outside of the office, Kelsey has a husband and kids and enjoys spending time with them doing craft projects, home decorating, writing, and spending time with her family. Unsure if Kelsey is passionate about dentistry? Just ask about her ortho retainer that she has worn every single night since she got her braces off at the age of 13!
